Prof. Ehsan Khamehchi is the CEO of Petro Sayal Amirkabir and a full professor at the Faculty of Petroleum Engineering, Amirkabir University of Technology. He earned his PhD in Chemical Engineering from the same university and has over a decade of experience in academia and industry.
With more than 200 publications—including books, articles, and patents—and over 10 collaborative research projects, he has made significant contributions to petroleum and chemical engineering. He is also the founder of several knowledge-based companies and an active speaker at national and international events. Prof. Khamehchi is widely recognized for his expertise and leadership in the oil and gas sector.

Dr. Mohammad Ghafarzadeh is a shareholder and board member at Petro Sayal Amirkabir and an associate professor of organic chemistry at the Chemical and Chemical Engineering Research Institute of Iran. He earned his B.Sc. from Tabriz University and his M.Sc. and PhD from Sharif University of Technology, ranking top among his peers.
He has published 40 scientific articles, holds 15 patents (six approved by the National Elite Foundation), and led over 150 industrial projects. He has also founded multiple industrial and pilot-scale units and mentored student entrepreneurs. In 2009, he was honored as Iran’s top entrepreneur in chemical and polymer engineering. Dr. Ghafarzadeh is a prominent researcher and consultant with extensive experience in the chemical industries.

Dr. Javad Mahdavi Kalatehno is a board member and shareholder at Petro Sayal Amirkabir, a company providing innovative solutions to the oil and gas sector. He holds a PhD in Petroleum Engineering from Amirkabir University of Technology, where his research focused on hydrocarbon reservoirs, well completion fluids, and acidizing operations.
He has published several scientific papers, holds a patent in petroleum engineering, and has contributed to multiple university–industry collaboration projects. His achievements have been recognized nationally, including the 2023 Alborz Cultural Award and selection for elite programs by the National Elites Foundation.
Formerly head of the SPE Student Chapter at Amirkabir, Dr. Mahdavi Kalatehno is known for his dedication to innovation, technical expertise, and leadership in both academic and industrial settings.
